Hi there! I’m Reese Bond, the Co-Founder of Glow & Grow & Co-Owner of Salon Two One Zero, and I’m so thrilled to welcome you to our little corner of the beauty world. It’s an honor to share with you not just our brand, but the personal story and values that brought it to life.
For me, beauty truly begins with healthy, vibrant hair and the kind of golden confidence that comes from a gorgeous, natural-looking tan. The Journey that Sparked Glow & Grow
I’ll be honest—growing up, I always felt like the ugly duckling girl who didn’t belong. My family had very little, and all those beauty secrets and products I yearned for always felt out of reach. I’d spend hours flipping through magazines, desperate to unlock the mysteries behind gorgeous hair and that effortless glow, but my reality was hand-me-downs and dollar store finds. That longing didn’t dampen my curiosity or spirit. If anything, it fueled my determination to one day figure it all out—not just for myself, but for anyone who’s ever felt left out of the beauty conversation.
As I got older, I juggled dreams with real life—working hard, becoming a proud mom, and holding onto my passion for beauty. There were so many moments when I doubted if I’d ever get here. But I kept learning, experimenting, testing every trick in the book, and promising myself that I would create something better.
That’s how Glow & Grow was born—from a girl who came from nothing, grew into a woman with a purpose, and now stands as a mom and business owner ready to share these hard-earned secrets. My mission?
